Clinical Social Work/Therapist, MSW, RSW
Sometimes, you get the sense that it’s so much easier to make everyone else happy, rather than make yourself happy. Even though you give a lot for others, you still have nagging thoughts that you didn’t do enough, or you did something wrong. You find it difficult to say "no," and worry about being judged. You end up putting yourself last. You feel tired and stuck, wanting more for your life. But not anymore. You’re ready to lead with courage, and find a balance.
You want to have that joy in your life, aligned to your values; to have meaningful relationships with your friends, family, communities, and yourself. You’re ready to quiet your nagging thoughts and be the best version of who you can be, guided by your personal ethics and integrity. I can help you get there.
I have worked in communities for over 10 years, and base my life and therapy approach on values of social justice and deep connections. I work flexible hours throughout the week, including Saturdays, at a convenient location along the subway line, and access to free parking. You can call or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule our first discussion.
