Working from a feminist lens, my lived experience as a mixed race South Asian, neurodiverse (late diagnosed), cisgender woman, informs my collaborative approach to therapy. I always aim to provide a safe space that’s culturally and trauma informed, neuro-affirming, sex positive, body positive, and flexible for clients to explore their values, strengths and challenges. I am passionate about working with BIPOC, immigrant, refugee, neurodivergent and LGBTQIA2S+ individuals. I offer counselling for adults navigating neurodivergence, anxiety, depression, racial injustice, and career counselling.

I am person-centred and strength-based while integrating Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and somatic approaches to help individuals process their lived experiences and reconnect with their bodies.

My goal is to help you discover your inner resources and explore the barriers/challenges in your life. Working together, you will gain coping skills and a better understanding of your values so you can move through life with intentionality and hope.
