Harmony Haven’s therapists take a holistic approach to well-being, acknowledging the interconnectedness of mind, body, spirit, and environment. We are also neuro-affirming in practice, supporting neurodivergent individuals in embracing their unique strengths. We have a special focus on working with individuals who are late diagnosed, as well as parents navigating new diagnoses with their children. Additionally, we work with families managing blended family dynamics and high-conflict situations, helping them build communication, understanding, and stability in times of transition.

We are committed to providing you compassionate, person-centered support while navigating life’s challenges. Our approach is grounded in a trauma-informed lens, recognizing the impact of past experiences. We integrate DBT, CBT, Narrative, and EFT/EFFT to help you build resilience, re-author your personal stories, and cultivate meaningful relationships.

Whether you are processing a new understanding of yourself, advocating for your child, or navigating complex family relationships, We offer a safe, validating space to explore your experiences.
