Harjinder is a Child and Youth Care Counsellor who possess’ a minor in Family Supports and Community Practice from Ryerson University. He is also an Ontario Certified Teacher from the University of Ontario and a Registered Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from the University of Windsor. Harjinder has worked in different educational facilities, treatment centres, & hospitals for over 20 years.
Harjinder aims to build a trusting and secure connection with his clients through access, availability, and life space interventions and supports. As a registered clinical social worker, Harjinder can intervene during crisis situations and build a trusting rapport. He has developed a unique method of connecting with children, adolescents & adults in crisis.
Harjinder provides treatment and counseling for depression, anxiety/panic, relationship, and family issues, school, and work-related issues. Harjinder offers a relational approach that creates an emotionally safe non-judgemental place for his clients to share the content of their stories, circumstances, and life experiences helping them to grow.
