I have worked over 25 years in the counselling field with a broad spectrum of clients & integrate a number of approaches & techniques in a friendly, comfortable & confidential environment. I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to your needs and goals. You will receive compassionate support & guidance to help you with challenging situations & issues, to help you develop new skills, & to help you move forward successfully and confidently.
