I’m a queer Chinese immigrant psychotherapist who provides identity-affirming, cross-cultural, trauma-informed support. I specialize in supporting clients with ADHD, depression, anxiety, and complex trauma (C-PTSD). I also welcome anyone wanting to better understand themselves or explore challenges that feel hard to name.
My work is collaborative and grounded. I help clients learn to understand themselves, not in spite of their histories, but alongside them. We all carry trauma, but we don’t have to live by the shapes it’s carved into us. You are your own best ally, and I’ll walk alongside you as another.
