I am a Registered Social Worker with five years of experience supporting people through grief, transition, and moments when life feels heavy or uncertain. I am currently completing my Master of Social Work as a student intern with The Therapy Collective, where I offer low-cost counselling in a warm, relational space. My work is rooted in the belief that healing is not a destination, but a living process—one that unfolds through connection with self, others, and the wider landscapes that shape our lives.
I approach therapy holistically, creating a space that feels safe, affirming, and collaborative. Sessions are gently paced and grounded in curiosity and compassion. Whether you are navigating grief, stress, identity exploration, or life transitions, we listen together for what is ready to be seen, felt, and understood.
