If you are looking to initiate your healing and find more peace in your life, I am here for you. I have a particular interest in perinatal mental health, trauma, grief, eating disorders, chronic illness, anxiety, depression, ADHD, relationship issues, boundary setting, family of origin work, and women's mental health. I work with a range of clients from teens to adults, either virtual or in person. My focus is on nervous system regulation to support your mental wellbeing.
My clinical practice is informed by self-compassion support, mindfulness, and person-centred talk therapy. I use a collaborative therapeutic approach to tailor to your specific needs and goals. I work with adults, teens, and children. I bring my years of working in clinics and schools supporting mental health.
