I have a Masters Degree in Counselling. I work with Youth, Young Adults, and Adults in the areas of anxiety, depression, life transitions, personal growth, and healthy relationships. I am passionate about helping people author their life story with meaning and purpose despite challenging life circumstances. My goal is to be a fellow traveller empowering others as they navigate their way through life; helping clients define problems, identifying strengths and potential steps in their own wellness.
