About
What would it take to remember our worth? How complete and loving and lovable we are? Welcome and thank you for being here. I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC) with the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and specialize in eating disorders and disordered eating (HAES aligned), body image, depression, anxiety, life transitions, trauma, stress, and athletes.
My approach to counselling is collaborative and integrative, drawing upon existential-humanistic and feminist theory, as well as the teachings of yoga. I enjoy incorporating elements of trauma-informed yoga, mindfulness, and self-compassion into session to strengthen mind-body awareness and deepen self-connection.
I am located in Vancouver, BC and offer 50-minute individual therapy sessions (via telehealth during Covid-19) to Canadian residents.
