- - Life can feel full on the outside yet quietly unfulfilling on the inside. Many of my clients are high-functioning women who have built successful lives but find themselves longing for something deeper, whether that’s meaning, connection, faith, or a sense of slowing down and reconnecting with themselves. In our work, we create space to step out of constant doing, explore what feels missing, and make sense of the questions emerging in this stage of life.
My approach is integrative, drawing from psychodynamic, attachment-based, mindfulness, somatic, and trauma-informed therapies. Together, we explore how past experiences shape present patterns, especially around identity, relationships, and self-understanding, and create space for clarity, balance, and inner connection.
I support women navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and questions of meaning or direction. Christian counselling, faith, and spirituality can be included when desired. I offer a grounded, collaborative space to slow down, reflect, and move toward meaningful change.
