I'm passionate about working with veterans, military personnel, and first responders. Recovery is a journey and I'm honored to walk by your side in search for the place of peace and growth.
I use a wide variety of different interventions and treatment modalities, including CBT, CPT (cognitive processing therapy), DBT, EMDR, Exposure and Response Prevention for OCD, and Habit Reversal Training for OCD related disorders. In a safe space created during the session you will be able to process overwhelming emotions and learn coping skills.
