I have 12 years of experience and specialized training in couples/relationship therapy, perinatal mental health, and pregnancy and infant loss. I weave together several modalities including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, mindfulness approaches and parts work (IFS informed). I go deeper than the surface for change that lasts.
