I am a Registered Social Worker (14141) with a Master of Social Work from UBC. I show up authentically so you can too. I have specialized training in evidence-based therapies to process trauma (EMDR, IFS), change thinking/behavioural patterns (CBT, DBT, ACT), and navigate relational conflict (EFT, Gottman).
