I am a Canadian Certified Counsellor with a masters degree in Counselling. My main area of focus is supporting individuals who have experienced any type of trauma. I have completed the advanced level Somatic Experiencing training and am comfortable working with many issues or concerns.
I offer compassionate support for any person who feels as though their life has been impacted by any challenging event(s). I offer a client focused approach and always respect the boundaries each person brings. I have several years of experience supporting clients with complex trauma histories.
I enjoy working collaboratively with clients in a very comfortable and non threatening environment. I value trust, honesty and emotional safety in all of the work I do.
