My practice includes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Art Therapy and Narrative addressing individual needs. My approach is guided by a sensitivity to sexual orientation, ethnic diversity, socioeconomic status and/or disability. I specialize in treating survivors of trauma and sexual abuse, as well as people undergoing transition, especially immigration and relocation, divorce, marriage, and childbirth.
Hebrew speakers would benefit from therapy in their language. I am familiar with the Israeli culture and the difficulty of being an immigrant. I relate to the common feelings of isolation and loneliness caused by relocation. I have designed a creative and helpful 10 steps kit to ease this transition.
1 in 3 girls and 1 in 5 boys will be sexually abused before reaching 18 of age. Children do not forget abuse, untreated it may cause the following symptoms: bed wetting, dissociation, depression, anxiety, withdrawal, anger, fear, night terror and more.
