Accepting new clients :) Hello, and welcome to a safe space where you can process life's challenges. If you're grappling with grief, shame, anxiety, difficulties in communication or feeling disconnected in relationships, you're not alone. I'm a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Counseling Psychology master's student practicing under supervision, and I am here to accompany you on your journey toward positive mental health and well-being. My approach draws on evidence-based therapeutic techniques, and I strongly believe in tailoring interventions to meet your unique needs.
I actively strive to embody cultural humility in my practice, recognizing and understanding the unique hardships that individuals may face. Becoming a therapist was inspired by my own transformative experiences, and led to a deep-seated belief in empathy for creating positive change. I specialize in anxiety, depression, breakups and relational issues.
If you believe that my support could be beneficial for you, please reach out for a complimentary 30 minute consultation. This provides an opportunity for us to connect with each other, assess compatibility in our approach and attitudes, and determine if we can embark on this transformative journey together.
