My hope is to support you in feeling safer, overcoming harsh narratives about yourself, and living a life that feels right for you!
I work with youth and adults experiencing various relational & mental health challenges. My goal is to help you experience empowerment, vitality, and well-being. I am passionate about supporting 2SLGBTQ+ youth and adults, women, and survivors of intimate partner violence. My lens is trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and culturally responsive.
I use narrative, acceptance and commitment (ACT), parts work, and ITATM for trauma processing. I also draw on Polyvagal theory and Emotion Focused Family Therapy.
