I offer therapy for teens and adults who are tired of masking, stuck in survival mode, or feeling disconnected from who they really are. Whether you're managing anxiety, OCD, trauma, or simply carrying too much on your own, I provide a grounding space where you can express yourself freely. My approach is collaborative and responsive, always moving at a pace that feels manageable for you. Sessions are available in-office, online, or outdoors through nature-based counselling for those who feel more at ease outside.
I offer trauma-informed therapy that honours who you are, including your identity, culture, and lived experience. With warmth, sincerity, and maybe even a bit of humour, I support people in untangling stuck patterns, navigating anxiety and overwhelm, and reconnecting with themselves in a way that feels honest and sustainable.
