I have a holistic approach and my goal is to offer you a safe and compassionate environment in which you can explore yourself and different parts of your being for building resilience, connecting with each other and increasing your well-being. I believe that the whole mission of therapy is to give you access to feeling alive which is a feeling of joy, curiosity, exploration, collaboration, engagement.
My practice is tailored to your unique needs.I have an integrative approach based on cognitive-behavioral, emotion-focused, mind fullness, psychodynamic and humanistic therapy. I will work with you to identify how your emotions, your own mind and stress all work together to trigger unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviors.
