Life can be difficult. There are times when it is more challenging. Sometimes, it can be overwhelming especially if we do not have the proper support we need. There are also those people who struggled with multiple barriers because of background, ethnicity, sexual orientation, economic status, age, and other related factors. Because of these, they went through a lot of trauma which created a huge impact in their lives. They want to heal from their hurts and develop towards becoming the best versions of themselves.
I am passionate about journeying with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds, cultures, and ethnicities. I use attachment, narrative, strength-based, client-centered and other modalities. My hope for my clients is for them to affirm their true identities and develop themselves towards their full potentals.
