As I am a reflective listener, I have learned that each client's lived experience is a biography. I, therefore, like to explore with clients the issues and problems they face in order to identify their roots. My approach to therapy is deeply rooted in people's freedom of choice. I am patient, considerate, practical, and very respectful of clients and their choices.
As a bicultural and bilingual therapist, I am fascinated by all cultures, and how they shape our beliefs towards family life and other relations. I strive to create a safe space where adults, youth, couples, and families could dig deep to rediscover their strengths and ultimately confront the demons they are struggling with in their various relationships.
If you are a youth struggling with anxiety and lack of direction, or a couple struggling with conflict, or an adult feeling isolated while going through a personal crisis, or a parent experiencing child-parent conflict due to a cultural clash, you have all reached the right therapist.
