Our sessions are engaging, developmentally appropriate and allow children to express themselves in ways that feel natural and safe—through play, storytelling, art, and movement. This approach helps build emotional regulation, confidence, and stronger relationships with caregivers.
I also provide parent-only consultations to help you understand what’s going on beneath the surface and how to support your child at home. Together, we build tools and strategies to reduce meltdowns, anxiety, and tension in the home.
