Over the past seven years I have specialized in providing Trauma Informed treatment for both adolescent and adults. As a part of this process I have undertaken additional training in addressing anxiety, depression, chronic pain, mood dysregulation, and family conflict; that can be secondary symptoms precipitated by the trauma effects we experience daily.
I maintain an open and kind approach to counselling and welcome clients to cultivate deep rich meaningful relationships with the people and experiences around them as a source of strength.
