I aim to provide a safe and nonjudgmental setting for all my clients by respecting their values and challenges as unique. Over more than ten years in the field of mental health, I have worked with and been able to assist individuals, couples and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, challenges in career, and relationship conflicts.

My work is grounded in the Existential approach, and I also draw from Positive Psychology. While techniques are important tools in therapy, valuing the human aspect of each client is central to my work.
