The ultimate goal of therapy is to empower the client(s) to use their inner strength to reach life's fullest potential. Counselling is an important tool when a person(s) is experiencing difficulties which are affecting their quality of life. Often making life changes can be extremely fear provoking, causing insecurity in people, and especially for those who lack coping strategies when dealing with life's stressful events. My goal is to provide confidential and supportive help during these trying times, to help you to have the best potential outcome.
I have training in CBT, TIR and EMDR to help you through traumatic and difficult times in your life. I would like to help you work through the difficulties that are holding you back from achieving your goals and finding the peace and happiness that you deserve.
We answer the phone Monday to Saturday 8 am to 8 pm. I am open, honest and happy to help with any difficulty that you may have - no matter how trivial you may think it may sound to another person - it is important to you. You deserve to be listened to.
