Online Anxiety & OCD Skills
This online learning group is for adults who feel caught in anxiety loops, rumination, reassurance-seeking, checking, avoidance, or compulsive patterns. Some participants identify with OCD, others simply recognize how anxiety can become rigid and exhausting. Many people join because they are tired of negotiating with their mind all day. We focus on evidence-informed skills that support responding differently to anxiety, urges, and uncertainty. The tone is practical and respectful, with attention to self-criticism and the emotional cost of constant hypervigilance. Anxiety/OCD Skills group is offered Tuesdays 6:00-7:30pm or Wednesdays 3:00-4:30pm.

Online DBT Skills
This online learning group is for adults who want stronger skills for coping when emotions feel intense, fast-changing, or hard to manage. Many participants experience emotional overwhelm, impulsive reactions, shutting-down, people-pleasing, or difficulty with boundaries and communication. We draw from DBT-informed skills to support emotional balance and more intentional responses in daily life. The group is structured and skills-focused, with an emphasis on applying learning to real situations. Themes include: emotion regulation, distress tolerance, mindfulness, interpersonal effectiveness, boundaries, and repair after conflict.

Online ADHD Skills
This online learning group is for adults who live with ADHD traits or ADHD-related challenges, including distractibility, procrastination, time blindness, emotional intensity, and difficulty following through. Many participants are high-capacity people who feel frustrated by how hard it is to start tasks, finish tasks, or maintain routines. We focus on practical skills that support daily functioning and self-trust. The group is a space to reduce shame, build realistic strategies, and learn from others who understand the same patterns. Themes may include: planning and follow-through, motivation and avoidance, time management, emotional regulation, communication, and compassionate self-talk.
