Somatic process and the mind-body connection support healing. Emotion Focused Therapy helps us embrace what our emotions can contribute to wellness.
My trauma informed practice relies on the understanding of how we are impacted by overwhelming experiences and how honouring our experience can unleash an innate healing process to help restore our health.
