I am a trauma-informed, client-centred EMDR Certified Therapist based in Prince Edward County. My priority is to create a warm, non-judgmental space where you can deepen your understanding of yourself, develop more genuine relationships with others and the world, and make changes you have been struggling to make on your own. I work with individuals aged 16+ facing a wide range of difficulties, including: grief and loss, depression, anxiety, trauma (including PTSD and Complex PTSD), dissociation, abuse, gender identity and sexuality issues, relationship challenges, suicidal thoughts and emotion regulation challenges.
I draw upon multiple therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are. I am trained in therapies such as: EMDR, Mindful Psychotherapy, Parts Work therapy including Internal Family Systems, and Narrative Therapy. I am 2SLGBTQ+ experienced and knowledgeable. I also specialize in working with Veterans, Military and First Responders.
