Ever feel like it’s never good enough? Do you procrastinate constantly, then feel like a total failure because you did not “do the thing”? Do you hold yourself to a higher standard? This is the negative side of perfectionism. Perfectionistic tendencies do not allow you to truly experience life. CBT dismantles these harmful patterns with evidence-based strategies that stop perfectionism in its tracks. CBT also teaches you how to make goals that are in line with what you truly want, and not goals driven by fear. We will give you the tools required to unlock your authentic self.

Inner Spark Art Group for Youth Apr 13-May 2
Inner Spark is an art-based group program designed to promote expression and emotional exploration, all while encouraging a positive mental outlook. This six-week small group program is facilitated by a Registered Psychotherapist and an Ontario Certified Teacher, participants will use a multitude of art media to create spontaneous works of art following directed prompts, and will be encouraged to share their work with others. These creations, and the enriching discussions to follow are intended to foster self-esteem, confidence and an ongoing practice of self-reflection. Participants will be in a supportive and non-judgemental atmosphere

CBT for New Moms
