I work with individuals and couples who are seeking improved communication, increased connection, reduced conflict, intimacy, facing a mental health diagnosis in partner, Operational Stress Injuries including PTSD, veterans issues, police and other first responders, medical professionals, and major life transitions. Seeking therapy takes courage and vulnerability, so we will work together to make you feel at ease and able to progress based on your unique needs and strengths.
I specialize in working with couples to achieve increased satisfaction in their relationships. I work with couples and individuals from all walks of life, but have a background and understanding in military and veteran; corrections; first responder populations including police, fire, and paramedics; physicians, nurses, and medical professionals.
Virtual sessions are available; in person sessions will be offered beginning January 2024. No evening or weekend appointments.
