For 35 years I have been passionate about my role in people-helping. My work is grounded in enthusiasm and therapeutic skills, supported by years of experience, uplifting lives in empowering ways. My passion is encouraging men and women to develop their potential in the roles they choose to embrace in their lives. I support and encourage, helping people to 'find their voices' as they create nurturing, healthy and fulfilling relationships. I have extensive knowledge and experience in grief and trauma counselling. I work with individuals, couples, and families using drama, role-playing, spiritual teaching, and personal examples.

Sometimes we need help during this time. I feel privileged to share this journey- with you- gently, quietly, purposefully.
I have been in clinical practice for over 35 years. My experience encompasses parenting issues, youth at risk, families and extends to teaching and clinical supervision.
