I am a Registered Psychologist who specializes in grief, loss, and traumatic death. I work with individuals and families experiencing emotional and psychological issues prevalent in grief (death and non-death loss), trauma, attachment, anxiety, depression, and concurrent life stressors. I am passionate about supporting individuals through unwanted changes and difficult life transitions. We can experience life-altering moments, and often feel defined by them; life events that are out of our control, fear-inducing and that threaten our sense of safety. Together, we can work towards restoring safety, control, and normalcy in your life.
I offer several different types of psychotherapy while consistently practicing Trauma Informed Care. It is important that you feel safe, comfortable, and heard. I have completed different levels of trauma training including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), and Ego State interventions.
