About
Welcome! My approach to therapy is based on my belief that connection, human relationships and personal autonomy are essential to our mental wellness. As social beings we strive to be understood and feel a sense of belonging and connection. As your therapist, I provide a warm and collaborative environment to help you achieve greater self-awareness, self-value, emotional intelligence, better relationships, and reach your full potential in life by helping you take control of your mental health. I’m here to listen and provide you with the tools, advice, and education that you can use daily to create a healthier, happier life.
I am an RP (Qualifying) with CRPO and I have an M.A. in Counselling Psychology. I also have levels 1 and 2 certification of The Gottman Method, a world-renowned and evidence-based approach to relationships and working with couples. I provide both individual and couples therapy utilizing approaches such as CBT, Positive Psychology, and The Gottman Method.
I use a mosaic approach and will customize therapy toward your needs.
