Hello! I’m a Psychotherapist and registered with CRPO in Ontario. I have 20 years experience helping clients struggling with bipolar disorder, addiction and trauma. I’ve worked in mental health and addiction hospitals like Homewood Health Centre and I'm trained in Interpersonal and Social Rhythm (IPSRT) for bipolar disorder.
