In addition to my PhD in Psychotherapy, I have Advanced Core Skills training in Emotionally Focussed Couples and Family Therapy (EFT), certification in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), professional training in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction, Motivational Interviewing, and Relapse Prevention, and EMDR.
