Many of the clients I work with come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about their next steps. They may be navigating addiction, ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, anxiety, or depression and are often trying to understand themselves more fully while striving for change that feels both meaningful and sustainable. My style is suited for a client who wants understanding, clarity, and practical tools, but also wants to feel genuinely understood in the process. They are looking for a space where they can explore their experiences openly and move toward a life that feels more aligned with who they feel they are.
I support clients by offering an integrative, trauma-informed, and action-oriented approach grounded in both professional training and lived experience. I combine compassion with an emphasis towards action, helping clients build insight and move toward meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and is collaborative.
Above all, I aim to create a grounded and open space where you feel seen, supported, and not alone in your experiences. Therapy can feel vulnerable, but it can also be transformative when you fully embrace it. If what you’ve read resonates, I invite you to reach out Through email or SAGE. We will be happy to discuss next steps.
