Are you facing stress, anxiety or feeling down and struggling to get past it? This can impact your ability to engage in work as well as personal relationships. Sometimes we need some help, guidance or even someone to hold us accountable to make those shifts that support our overall wellbeing. I can provide that support with a non-judgemental approach.
I specialize in coping, trauma and grief support.
I am a trauma-informed, LGTBQIA+ therapist who uses a compassion focused approach. My practice is grounded in Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy & Dialectical Behavioural therapy. I'm a firm believer of practicing what I preach; using my own lived experience to create a space of trust and safety.
As someone who has faced their own challenges with mental health, I believe I can help empower you by working together in a collaborative way. We will create goals and explore individualized approaches to get back to the meaningful and thriving life you want!
