Our practice provides psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic treatment to Individual Adults. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality disorders, insomnia, posttraumatic stress disorder, relationship issues and more. We help you to navigate the challenges or issues you face while employing a compassionate, curious, and collaborative approach that encourages active participation in creating a unique treatment plan tailored to you.
We utilize an integrated approach centered on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.

Insomnia Group Therapy. CBT-I

We are now offering Group Therapy for Insomnia using a CBT-I approach. The group consists of 6 meetings focused on thoughts and behaviours that may interfere with falling and/or maintaining sleep. The Group runs several times a year, and the current cost is $600+HST for the whole treatment; material included.
