Our practice provides psychological assessments and psychotherapeutic treatment to Individual Adults. We specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, personality disorders, insomnia, posttraumatic stress disorder, relationship issues and more. We utilize an integrated approach centered on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities such as Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and other evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
As a practice, we are consistently exploring new and emerging technologies and approaches to support the effective implementation of psychotherapy and assessments.
