I know that not feeling like you can be yourself can be difficult and painful. So many of us encounter expectations and judgements that make authenticity feel out of reach. I am offering a space where you can be honest about what you’re going through and know that I care and want to work with you to feel better. I will always meet you with compassion and care, because you deserve it. I want to learn about all the things that make you who you are. Together, we can find new, creative ways for you to disrupt old stories and expectations and find a path forward that centers your values, your wisdom, and your humanity.
My queer, trans, and neurodivergent-affirming approach is shaped by my own experience as a queer person with ADHD. I love working with self-compassion to combat the way many of us have been taught to motivate ourselves with shame and self-judgement. I specialize in bisexual folks, 2SLGBTQ+ youth and adults, perfectionism and identity exploration.
You're a real person, and I am too, which means that sometimes therapy can be weird, challenging, or even awkward. It can also be fun! I welcome laugher, tears, silence, seeing photos of your pets, or quiet contemplation. No matter what you bring, I'm excited to get to know you.
