We all go through life experiencing some kind of trauma. It can be something was said that hurt your feelings or incidents of childhood and adulthood abuse that torment the mind and body. In order to move forward with life, I help clients to clear past trauma, then we work on the present and future.
My intervention consists of a variety of therapeutic techniques including body psychotherapy, EMDR, hypnotherapy to heal past wounds, Emotional Freedom Technique to adjust intense emotions, mindfulness cognitive behavioural therapy to correct faulty perception, talking therapy to talk things out. Each of you are unique and I apply what works for you as an individual.
