In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. I focus on helping you build practical skills, gain insight, and move toward meaningful change in a collaborative, goal-oriented way.
I work with adults experiencing a range of mental health and life challenges, such as anxiety (generalized anxiety, social anxiety, panic, and phobias), OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma-related concerns, and perinatal mental health challenges (such as postpartum depression/anxiety).
I also provide both adult mental health and psychoeducational assessments, including ADHD and learning concerns.
I take an evidence-based approach that considers the whole person within their unique context. In therapy, I integrate CBT, DBT, ACT, motivational interviewing, and emotion-focused therapy, and tailor treatment to what best fits your needs and goals.
I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and respected. I take a trauma-informed and culturally responsive approach, and I strive to meet you where you are, at a pace that feels comfortable for you. My hope is that you feel safe to explore both challenges and strengths as we work together.
