I support neurodiverse, queer, and BICOP individuals, couples, and families navigate relational challenges along with complex intersecting identities. Many of my clients have spent years masking, people-pleasing, or adapting to systems that were not built for them. My practice is politicized and places anti-oppression, de-colonization, and cultural awareness at the forefront. Together, we co-create space for authenticity, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of self.
I offer trauma-informed, neurodiversity-affirming, culturally responsive therapy grounded in somatic experiencing, internal family systems (IFS), relational, and anti-oppressive practices. Together, we'll explore repeating patterns, strengthen the mind-body connection, and move through processing at a pace that feels safe and supportive.
You deserve a space where you don't have to explain, mask, or shrink parts of yourself to be understood. I strive to create a warm, affirming environment where your identities, experiences, and strengths are honoured. If this resonates with you, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation.
