My work is informed not only by clinical training, but also by lived experience. I am an immigrant and a survivor of war, and I have engaged extensively in my own trauma-focused therapeutic work. This dual perspective allows me to understand, with depth and discernment, the psychological impact of conflict, displacement, and prolonged survival states. Many individuals I work with are highly capable and resilient—often strong, responsible, and outwardly composed—yet internally burdened by unresolved trauma, emotional fatigue, or entrenched relational patterns shaped by survival.

I support clients who feel caught in survival patterns, guiding them toward greater integration, emotional regulation, and relational safety. Working within a relational framework, I collaborate with clients to process trauma, understand relational dynamics, and develop a grounded sense of self oriented toward agency, connection, and meaning.

Many people arrive in therapy feeling emotionally overloaded, disconnected from themselves, or unsure where they stand anymore. I offer a thoughtful, safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, explore what’s underneath the pressure, reflect and regain clarity.
