Hello, everyone! My name is Grace, my pronouns are she/her, and I am a cisgender queer woman who is living and working on Treaty 1 Territory. My approach to therapy is primarily attachment-informed, person-centered, and feminist-based, and I integrate DBT, EMDR, and ITATM in my work. I currently provide individual therapy to folks aged 13 and up. I have experience working with people on a variety of concerns and struggles including, but not limited to, sexuality and gender diversity, sexual health and wellness, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions.
As a therapist, I strive to help the people I work with empower themselves to create change in their lives and discover what wellness looks like for them. I believe that the therapeutic space can be used to explore many different facets of our lives, such as people’s strengths, growing edges, and their experiences with the various identities that they hold.
In providing folks with a safer space to share their stories, my hope is to help my participants process and work through whatever they decide to bring with them to their sessions during our time together. If we have the opportunity to work together, it would be an honour to get to know you and your story.
