Motherload
A 6-week virtual group for woman who want to explore and make space for self within the context of motherhood. This group will explore and redefine expectations of motherhood, make sense of the mess of motherhood, unpack and give voice to shame and guilt, provide psycho education for fostering secure attachment and perinatal mental health and mood disorders and help mother's to honour the self while transitioning into motherhood by strengthen their inner resources to cope and manage, . New group starting September 2022.
Young Adult Divorce Support Group
This skills-based group will equip participants with tools to move through and beyond separation into a life truly worth living, while leaving space to explore emotions and experiences associated with the end of a romantic relationship. This 6 week virtual group is open to Ontario residents of all genders, ages 18-35years, who are going through a separation or recent divorce (including the end of a common-law marriage). Next Group starting Tues. Sept 13th 2022.
The Partnerload
A workshop for dad's/non birthing parents that will provide information for perinatal mood disorders for birthing & non birthing partner and the mental/emotional load of the birthing parent. You will learn ways to support a birthing parent following birth & how to support your own mental health. This is a one time workshop offered via zoom on June 14th 6:30-8pm. Cost of workshop is by donation with proceeds to support perinatal mental health.
