I deliver online individual & couple counseling working from an integrated approach. Based on client needs I draw from narrative, compassion/solution focused, CBT, & therapies that are culturally/spiritually/2SLGBTQ+ sensitive practices. I also host therapeutic workshops focused on mindfulness/self-worth/health at any size & therapeutic drumming.
I know the pressures of juggling the many demands on our daily lives. I am a person with ADHD & also a single parent of a child with disabilities.
