With over 20+ years of educational, employment and volunteer experience in the field of child and youth work, child welfare and social services, I have developed a thorough understanding of human psychological development while providing out-side-of-the-box counselling and psycho-education to people from all walks of life.
My personal “therapist toolbox” includes a spectrum of ancient & contemporary healing methodologies such as CBT, DBT & narrative therapy, as well as a few feathered and furry farm friends who are known to assist with challenges such as PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, parenting, separation & divorce, sexual trauma & disorders, and addictions.
