With a childhood spent observing the ins and outs of human behavior, my fascination with psychology sparked at an early age. Most of my clients are dealing with trauma, narcissistic abuse, challenging relationships, substance use, workplace difficulties, and emotional distress. I also work with individuals with neurodivergence (ADHD, autism, and giftedness) and personality disorders (narcissism, borderline, and antisocial).
I meet my clients with empathy, curiosity, and understanding, recognizing that many of us carry unhealed wounds that influence how we think, feel, and act. My understanding of mental health and relationships continues to develop through lived experience and my professional commitments to education, training, and supervision.
