My life experience includes Registered Nursing, volunteering in medical missions, and facilitating group therapy for mood disorders. I hold a Master's degree in clinical counseling, certification in personality disorders, religious trauma, sex therapy, grieving, Prepare and Enrich and DBT. I completed my externship in EFT and I’m EMDR trauma-trained.
